Takoyaki is a small pancake ball made by mixing flour and water and cooking on a specially made hot griddle mould with egg, vegetables and a piece of boiled octopus. Mayonnaise is then spread sparingly over the resulting takoyaki balls and bonito and seaweed flakes are sprinkled on top. | ||
